CANCELLATIONS
Cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment with no charge.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% fee being taken.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are taken on all appointments booked online and are non-refunadable, but will be carried over to your next appointmet if the correct cancellaton notice is given.
NO SHOWS
In the event of a no show appointment, the full fee will be taken.
CONSULTATIONS
We charge a £10 non refunable consultation fee for all new hair extension clients and colour clients. This fee is not deducted from your bill should you decided to book in.
